Executing OSQP on SOC

Hi everyone.

Previously, I could run OSQP on Eclipse and solve a quadratic problem.
now I wanna run it on a SOC and I use Vitis IDE. the error I get is that windows.h is not found.
how am I supposed to run OSQP on a SOC ? should I change OSQP config file?

Sounds frustrating nobody knows the general required steps to run this library on an embedded environment… . after all this an embedded solver … .
